About the Journal
The Annals of Statistical Theory and Applications (ASTA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal of the Professional Statisticians' Society of Nigeria (PSSN). The journal publishes original research and scholarly contributions in statistical theory, statistical methodology, computational statistics, and the application of statistical methods across diverse scientific, technological, social, health, economic, environmental, and other fields.
ASTA provides a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and other professionals to communicate advances in statistical theory and methodology, develop innovative statistical approaches, and demonstrate the application of statistical methods to real-world problems. The journal welcomes rigorous theoretical, methodological, computational, and applied studies that contribute to the advancement of statistical science.
